This was followed by a visit to the departmental laboratories, where the panel members observed the existing laboratory facilities and discussed possibilities for further improvement and industry relevance.<br \/>\nAn interactive session was also held between the Industrial Advisory Panel members and the faculty of the CE Department. The discussion focused on curriculum development, industry expectations, graduate employability, and potential collaboration in research, training, and consultancy.<br \/>\nDistinguished Industrial Advisory Panel members, Dr. Md. Iqbal Hossain, Additional Chief Engineer, Barind Multipurpose Development Authority (BMDA), and Mr. Sudipta Roy, Senior Deputy Manager, Meghna Cement Mills Ltd., were present and shared valuable insights from their professional experience.<br \/>\nDr. Engr. Md. Mahmudur Rahman, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, along with the faculty members, were present at the program. Their active participation contributed to meaningful discussions and constructive recommendations.
