Teaching is such a rewarding profession since it has so many facets worth exploring. If I could summarize it in few words, although it is difficult, these would be: exploring, connecting, sharing, and learning.<\/p>\n
I am Md. Nazmus Salehin, graduated from Bangladesh Army Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Engineering and Technology (BAUET) and currently serving as a lecturer in the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at my own university.<\/p>\n
My journey to become a graduate began when I was admitted in BAUET. I remember I adored my teachers; they were like the world to me. I always felt special and successful because of the love, support and knowledge that my teachers gave to me. Specially Professor Dr. Mirza A.F.M. Rashidul Hasan sir and Professor Dr. Md. Shahid Uz Zaman sir, whose guidance, motivation, ethics and simplicity was one of the key factors. I long to give back to my students what I was so lucky to receive from my teachers in my university. This has been a major factor in my life to choose my carrier.<\/p>\n
As young minds begin their journey through the education system, they stand head-to-head with some challenging tasks that require them to think, beyond the barriers set in their way. All of these have a great significance to motivate them to be not only overcome those barricades, but to become a better student and a superior individual. Being a student of BAUET, the constant guidance and counseling of our teachers along with well enriched library, well ventilated classrooms equipped with modern technologies, adequate laboratory facilities for hands on experience as well as a sound environment helped me a lot. And now as a lecturer in my university, I am blessed with such enthusiastic, cooperative and positive minded colleagues to work with. Overall, my experience with BAUET has given me outstanding opportunities within the field of education. The decision to become a teacher is a commitment to being a lifelong learner, and I appreciate BAUET that it facilitates that process.<\/p>\n
