On 10 December 2025, Dr. Md. Shakhawat Hossain, Chairman of the Department of Management Studies, conducted an interactive training session for young entrepreneurs at the Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), Barishal.

The training session focused on sharing practical insights, entrepreneurial thinking, and management perspectives aimed at inspiring emerging entrepreneurs. Dr. Hossain emphasized innovation, perseverance, and strategic thinking as key elements for building successful and sustainable ventures. The session was marked by active participation and thoughtful discussions, reflecting the enthusiasm and potential of the young entrepreneurs.

Dr. Hossain expressed his appreciation to Md. Najrul Islam and Md. Mofazzal Hossain of BSCIC for their kind invitation and cooperation in organizing the program.
