Abdus Salam completed his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry and Master of Science (MSc) in Physical-Inorganic Chemistry at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, Bangladesh. He earned his PhD in Atmospheric Analytical Chemistry from the Technical Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Vienna, Austria. He established two atmospheric science research observatories in Bangladesh, located in urban Deltin 7 bangladesh and on coastal Bhola Island. He has been collaborating with several renowned institutions, including National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), USA; Stockholm Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, Sweden; Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Washington, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Wisconsin, Duke Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, USA; Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan; Academia Sinica, Taiwan, and Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Bristol, UK.

His research focuses on atmospheric chemistry, air quality, and their impacts on human health, climate change, and ecosystem. He has published more than 130 peer-reviewed research articles in international journals and has contributed to approximately 200 conference and workshop proceedings. He has also organized numerous national and international workshops and conferences both in home and abroad.

He actively participates in electronic and print media interviews and talk shows on environmental issues, particularly air pollution, including its causes, impacts, and mitigation strategies. He has served on various international committees, including as Co-Chair of the International Global Atmospheric Chemistry Project (IGAC). He previously served as the Dean of the Faculty of Science at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh. Currently, he serves as the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh.
