Dr. Md. Zillur Rahman is a Professor and former Chairman of the Department of Disaster Science and Climate Resilience at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, where he also previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering from the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Rahman holds an M.Sc. in Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation (Geological Engineering) from ITC, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Twente, the Netherlands, and both B.Sc. (Honours) and M.Sc. degrees in Geology from the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh.

His research interests encompass Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, Engineering Geophysics and Seismology, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, and GIS and Remote Sensing. Throughout his academic career, he has been the recipient of several prestigious scholarships and fellowships awarded by the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, ITC, and the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of British Columbia.

Before his current appointment, Dr. Rahman served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Geology at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh. He also brings more than eight years of professional experience as an Engineering Geologist with the Geological Survey of Bangladesh, where he developed extensive expertise in geology and engineering geology. Dr. Rahman has authored over 80 publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has contributed as a coordinator and consultant to numerous projects at both national and international levels. His professional engagements have included academic and project-related visits to the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, China, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
