Abstract This study intends to assess the impact of elements such as employee identity, commitment, loyalty, and satisfaction on knowledge-sharing behavior among employees. Employees in a company have considerable significance due to their potential for varied contributions. Moreover, it has become a significant issue for businesses’ sustainability to use their workforce as an intellectual resource due to their knowledge and skills. Similarly, previous recent studies indicated a need for more empirical examinations of the existing relationships. The hypotheses for this investigation are derived from previous literature. Data were obtained from a purposively chosen sample of 395 full-time workers in tourist firms in Bangladesh to test the hypotheses. SPSS version 22 was used for input and descriptive statistics, whereas PLS-SEM (version 3.2.9) was utilized for assessing the measurement and structural model. The findings indicate that employee happiness and commitment enhance knowledge-sharing behavior, whereas employee identity and loyalty do not have a similar influence. Conversely, via the mediating influence of corporate culture, these characteristics facilitate employee knowledge sharing behavior. This study will be advantageous for researchers, practitioners, academics, managers, and workers. This study enhances organizational growth by expanding the understanding of staff knowledge-sharing practices.

1. Introduction

The term knowledge denotes the personal experiences, skills, competencies, insights, and information acquired by an individual on a certain occupation, attained by personal endeavor (Choi et al., 2022). To enhance human resources and generating individual values, knowledge sharing is the most useful process (Saeed et al., 2022). Likewise, knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) delineates the methods by which groups or individuals disseminate acquired information to one another or relevant parties. In this regard, Sa’adah & Rijanti (2022) especially focused on ’employee knowledge,’ which benefits the company. Employee

Abstract: For developing nations like Bangladesh, the environmental component is the most important of the three sustainability components. Adopting Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector can enhance Bangladesh’s position in the international market. This study investigates how internal enablers (e.g., senior management commitment, green packaging, and technologies) and external factors (e.g., government policies and supplier collaboration) drive the implementation of GSCM as a competitive advantage. Information was gathered from 200 workers in the RMG industry across Savar, Narayanganj, and Gazipur using judgmental sampling, with a questionnaire comprising 15 items. AMOS was used to test the proposed correlations using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results emphasize how important trustworthy leadership is in creating a culture that is focused on sustainability and bringing organizational levels together to incorporate GSCM techniques. Green packaging and reverse logistics were also identified as significant contributors. RMG firms should focus on developing VRIN resources, such as leadership capabilities, innovative technologies, and process efficiencies, to effectively implement GSCM. Additionally, active engagement with external stakeholders, including policymakers and suppliers, is essential to building an ecosystem that supports green initiatives.

1. Introduction

The current escalation of global temperatures as well as the alteration of ecological diversity pose an imminent threat to the sustainability of the planet (Tseng et al., 2019). Importantly, different industries’ supply chains (SCs) are accountable for over 75% of their greenhouse gas emissions (Huang et al., 2009). However, SC is a branch of Operations Management, exerts a substantial influence on the environment, encompassing aspects such as emissions, pollution, community health hazards, and many more (Tseng et al., 2019). 1. Introduction

Abstract: In recent years, Blockchain technology has shown enormous potential to transform the traditional human resource management activities by fostering transparency, timeliness, and efficiency. This paper aims to investigate the intersection of blockchain technologies on HRM functions by employing bibliometric analysis and systematic review techniques. Data from 173 articles on this topic were collected using the Scopus database and analyzed employing statistical software, including R Studio and VOSviewer. The analysis reveals that research related to blockchain’s application in HRM is still at a nascent stage and requires further exploration. The annual growth rate of research in this domain is 52.98%, with an average of 9.65 citations per document. India leads in terms of scientific production and citations. The co-occurrence diagram reveals four prevailing clusters in this subject: blockchain in business and HR integration, digital transformation in HR through blockchain, AI and blockchain synergy in project management, and blockchain for strategic management and analytics, emphasizing key contributors, leading countries, research trends, highly cited documents, and potential areas for further explorations.

Over the last few years, technologies have revolutionized by optimizing human resource functions through advanced features (Broderick & Boudreau, 1992; Kaplan & Lerouge, 2007). Among emerging technologies, blockchain, though usually used for cryptocurrencies, has garnered attention because of its applicability in different business functions (Fachrunnisa & Hussain, 2020). Blockchain was originally developed by Nakamoto (2008) to introduce Bitcoin. Beyond cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies started to be adopted by a broad spectrum of industries as it fosters trust, enhances operational efficiency, and reduces fraud (Ioakimidis, 2023; Kliestik et al., 2024; Meidute-Kavaliauskiene et al., 2022). In supply chain management, blockchain has resolved the issues of trust, traceability, and transparency among stakeholders of different industries and domains since it uses a distributed ledger system, a system in which all the movements, transfers, and transactions 1Lecturer, Department of Management, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh.

Abstract: In today’s world, organizations need to understand how workplace factors affect employee performance to improve productivity and sustainability. This study examines the connection between employee performance and working environment characteristics in Deltin 7 bangladesh Stock Exchange (DSE) Limited of Bangladesh. The study was conducted based on quantitative approach. Three areas of the office environment were the focus of the study: work-life balance, psychological issues, and physical aspects. Work-life balance was the most significant predictor of employee performance, according to correlation and regression studies. While physical and psychological components had small but statistically insignificant effects. Higher productivity, job happiness, and organizational commitment were all significantly correlated with employees’ capacity to balance their personal and professional obligations. In contrast to focusing only on improving physical or psychological circumstances, the study finds that promoting work-life balance initiatives like flexible work schedules and supporting leave policies have a greater impact on increasing employee performance. To achieve long-term performance results, these findings highlight the significance of a comprehensive approach to workplace management, with a focus on developing policies that include employee well-being into organizational procedures.

Abstract: This research tries to identify the causes associated with the purchase decision of electronic cigarettes. A structured survey questionnaire was developed through the survey tool, Google Forms and data were obtained from a convenience sample of 388 respondents living in various locations of Deltin 7 bangladesh city through the Facebook. To evaluate the research hypothesis, multiple linear regression was employed. The results obtained show that among the seven predictors harm perception, peer influence, enjoyment, curiosity and cost mostly affect the adoption of e-cigarettes. And, two other predictors aid in smoking cessation and flavor were calculated to be affecting insignificantly. In case of managerial implications, there should be some well-structured approaches includingcommunity outreach programs in order to aware people on enjoyment and harm perception by the marketers, while the emphasis must shift to peer influence in terms of the policymaker’s youth-focused interventions. Additionally, it is demonstrated that any pedagogic campaign for facilitating the factual information regarding e-cigarette could be a significant approach to shape youths’ purchase decision. Finally, limitations, future research directions and conclusions are discussed in the study.

Received on 29th Jan 2025, Accepted on 6th Oct 2025, Published on Abstract: Travel experiences are mostly individual yet frequently shared shaping perceptions of tourist destinations and influencing potential travelers. In the digital era, social media has become a crucial platform for promoting tourist destinations and attracting potential visitors. This study investigates the phenomenon of sharing experiential travel narratives on social media platformsas part of tourism communication, through Facebook and Instagram, and examines the motivations behind tourists’ decisions to share their experiences. Adopting a thematic-based qualitative research design, the study engaged 20 participants from diverse age groups in semi-structured interviews, selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The findings reveal that Bangladeshi tourists predominantly highlight local cuisine, scenic beauty, atmosphere, travel advice, and peer communication when selecting their next destination to share online. This research underscores the importance of Word of-Mouth (WOM) and electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) processes in enabling experiential travel content. Furthermore, the study offers valuable insights for developing targeted marketing strategies and destination branding tools specifically tailored to millennials. By shedding light on the travel preferences of Bangladeshi millennials, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the travel decision-making processes within this demographic. Lastly, the study enriches the literature on Tourism Experiences (TE) by highlighting the role of social media WOM in developing nations, with millennials playing a crucial role in shaping the demographic landscape.

Towards a Proactive Approach for Combating Financial Crimes in
Bangladesh: Lessons from RCEP Strategies

Received on 10th Nov 2024, Accepted on 23th Feb 2025, Published on Abstract: Financial crimes like corruption and money laundering are a real threat to economic stability, governance and the trust necessary for a smooth financial environment. Their existence distorts market dynamics, debilitates business competitiveness, and dissuades foreign investment. The paper examines the proactive measures in combating financial crimes in Bangladesh based on the experience of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) countries. This research utilizes deterrence theory for strict enforcement of regulations to prevent financial crimes and network theory for interconnected systems to combat transnational financial crimes. The findings demonstrate that, despite some initial hurdles such as divergent legal frameworks and meager cooperation, RCEP countries have come a long way toward addressing financial crimes. But member states have been able to detect and reduce financial criminal activities more effectively by providing enhanced regional cooperation and building specialized financial intelligence units. The study recommends that Bangladesh can learn from the same strategies to reinforce its financial crime prevention mechanisms.

Introduction:
Financial crimes directly lead to economic losses, disrupt financial and market dynamics (Iordache, 2024). For example, corruption and money laundering distort business decisions, augment risks for financial institutions and distort government policies (Mcdowell & Novis, 2001). Such activities erode trust needed for smooth financial operations, deteriorating the competitiveness of genuine businesses and the reputation of a country and discourages foreign investors (Akay Ünvan, 2020). Unchecked financial crimes can establish long term, negative feedback loops where increased crimes decrease economic stability and increase unemployment, inverse reiterating financial crimes (Araujo & Shikida, 2010). One of the core functions of regional and international financial institutions is to foster the harmonization of 1Assistant Professor, Department of Criminology, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh 2Associate Professor, Department of Management, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to empirically explore the factors influencing the
adoption of Lean Manufacturing Systems (LMS) in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG)
sector of Bangladesh, focusing on the roles of Relative Advantage, Ease of Use, and
Result Demonstrability within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model
(TAM).This study adopts a descriptive research design. A self-reported questionnaire has
been used to collect data from 212 managers, employees and decision-makers in the
RMG sector of Bangladesh. SmartPLS-SEM has been employed to analyze the data. The
results of the structural model indicate that Relative Advantage, Ease of Use, and Result
Demonstrability all positively influence the adoption of Lean Manufacturing Systems in
the RMG sector. Among these, Relative Advantage and Result Demonstrability had the
strongest effects. The study highlights the importance of showcasing observable results
and the relative benefits of LMS for greater acceptance within the sector. This study is
limited to the RMG sector in Bangladesh, and the findings may not be directly
generalizable to other industries or countries. Future research could extend the study to
other sectors or regions to corroborate the findings. The findings provide practical
insights for RMG firms and policymakers in Bangladesh. For successful LMS adoption, it
is crucial for firms to emphasize the advantages of LMS and the measurable outcomes of
lean practices. Policymakers could play a prominent role by incentivizing and conducting
training programs. These programs will popularize LMS adoption in the sector.
