The Food Product Development Laboratory (FPDL) under the Department of Food Technology and Department of Post Harvest Technology, Faculty of Nutrition and Food Science, Patuakhali Science and Technology Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম (PSTU) is planned to be established soon. This upcoming facility will serve as a center of excellence for innovation in food formulation, product design, and sensory evaluation.
The FPDL will focus on developing value-added, nutritious, and sustainable food products through applied research and technology-driven approaches. It will also provide practical training opportunities for students and researchers to enhance their skills in food processing, preservation, and quality evaluation. Once operational, the FPDL will strengthen the Faculty’s capacity to support industry collaboration, entrepreneurship, and food innovation research contributing to national food security and nutrition goals.
