A group of enthusiastic students from the faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Patuakhali Science and Technology Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম (PSTU) recently conducted an educational visit to the Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant (BCPCL) located in Kalapara, Patuakhali. The visit, organized as part of the EEE department’s industrial tour program, aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industrial experience.
Under the guidance of faculty members from the EEE Department, the students explored one of Bangladesh’s largest and most advanced power generation facilities. The Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant, operated by Bangladesh-China Power Company (Pvt.) Limited (BCPCL) — a joint venture between the North-West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL) of Bangladesh and China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation (CMC) — plays a significant role in meeting the nation’s growing electricity demand.
