Dr. Amal Kanti Deb is an associate professor at the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology (ILET), Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 (DU). Dr. Amal received PhD in Environmental Remediation from The Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Newcastle (UoN), Australia, where he developed innovative nano-functional materials for sustainable wastewater treatment. Dr. Deb has established himself as a potential researcher in sustainable environmental solutions. His academic journey includes an MPhil in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and a BSc in Leather Technology from DU, PGD from India. With 42 published research items, including high-impact Q1 journal articles, his work on clay nanocomposites, engineered biochar, and waste-to-resource conversion has gained global recognition. Notable achievements include prestigious awards like the Clay Minerals Society (CMS) research grant, PhD Scholarship in Australia, Scholarship from ITC Jeneva for research training in Mumbai, India, Research Award from UoN, Australia and Deltin 7 Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম's Research Excellence Award (2025). As a postdoctoral research associate at UoN, he contributed to an AU$473,268 Latin Resource and CRC CARE-funded project, demonstrating his expertise in greenhouse gas remediation. Dr. Deb actively engages in professional societies like Clay Minerals Society (CMS) USA, Bangladesh Chemical Society (BCS), Society of Leather Engineers and Technologist, Bangladesh (LETSB) and community initiatives, while his consultancy work includes million-dollar projects like Bangladesh's tannery relocation program. He worked as a national consultant in several projects in Bangladesh implemented by Swiss Contact, GIZ, European Union and ILO. Currently he is serving as a Lead Researcher in an industry-driven research project titled as Traceable and Circular Leather Production (TCLP) project funded by Sustainable Manufacturing and Environment Pollution Program (SMEP) in Bangladesh with the collaboration of Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Northampton, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Hertfordshire, Aston Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম and Sustainable Leather Foundation. His multidisciplinary research spans wastewater treatment, solid waste management, greenhouse gas remediation, and life cycle assessment, consistently advancing circular economy principles in environmental science.
