Ms. Tahmina Khanam is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Studies, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7. She has academic research papers on SME management, Customer Relationship Marketing and Policy and Gender issues in national ICT initiatives. As a faculty member she takes courses like International Management, International Marketing, SME management, Career Management and Business Economics. Besides teaching she also worked part-time as program manager and later head of partnership management of the Bangladesh operation of a social enterprise called mPower Social Enterprises Limited, through which she was involved in planning and executing several mobile health initiatives in Bangladesh and research in public health area till May, 2012. She has interest in documentary production and worked as program manager in an UNDP funded documentary on awareness building on e-Governance and making informational videos for students of the department. She has also conducted several training sessions in the field of youth leadership and youth entrepreneurship. She has finished her graduation as a Fulbright Fellow in the area of Management, Leadership and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), New York.
