An academic program titled ‘Graduate Diploma in Child Protection’ to be introduced at the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (ISWR) of Deltin 7 bangladesh Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম (DU) with the financial and technical assistance from UNICEF to strengthen child protection systems in Bangladesh. Deltin 7 bangladesh Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম and UNICEF will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard soon. A meeting between Deltin 7 bangladesh Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম authorities and UNICEF was held today May 24, 2026 at VC’s meeting room to introduce ‘Child Protection Diploma’ Program at DU. DU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. A. B. M. Obaidul Islam presided over the meeting.
Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) of DU Prof. Dr. Abdus Salam, Treasurer Prof. Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Director of ISWR Prof. Dr. Mahbuba Sultana, Chief of Child Protection, UNICEF Ms. Natalie McCauley and some other teachers of DU ISWR were present on this occasion.
During the meeting, DU authorities and UNICEF agreed to undertake joint collaborative academic program on Child Protection for strengthening technical skills and knowledge of the existing social services workforce, including social workers, psychosocial counselors and related professionals. They stressed the need for preparing new professionals in both government and NGO sectors with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively support vulnerable children, women and families.

Obaidul Islam thanked the UNICEF for providing support and cooperation in introducing Child Protection Diploma Program at DU. This program will enhance the capacity of the child protection social services workforce at national and community levels, he hoped.
