১২ জানুয়ারি থেকে ১৬ জানুয়ারি ২০২৫ এ অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ভাষাবিজ্ঞান Deltin 7 অ্যাপের স্নাতকোত্তর পর্বের Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থীদের মাঠ গবেষণা। আদিবাসী ভাষা অধ্যয়ন শীর্ষক কোর্সের অন্তর্ভুক্ত এই মাঠ গবেষণায় উপাত্ত সংগ্রহের বিষয় ছিল চাকমা, মারমা এবং ককবোরক ভাষার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কয়েকটি দিক। মাঠ গবেষণার উদ্দেশ্যে স্নাতকোত্তরের সকল Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থী ১০টি দলে বিভক্ত হয়ে খাগড়াছড়ির বিভিন্ন এলাকা থেকে সংগ্রহ করে এই তিনটি ভাষার বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাত্ত। এবারের মাঠ গবেষণায় Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থীরা ভাষার পাশাপাশি এই তিনটি আদিবাসী জনগোষ্ঠীর সংস্কৃতি ও ঐতিহ্য নিয়েও সংগ্রহ করে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য। ফলে, এ গবেষণার মাধ্যমে Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থীরা শুধু ভাষার গঠন নয়, বরং সুযোগ পায় তিনটি জাতিসত্তার পরিচয় এবং তাদের সমাজ-সংস্কৃতির গভীরে প্রবেশের করার। যা ভবিষ্যতে বাংলাদেশের আদিবাসী ভাষা গবেষণায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা বহন করবে। (From 12 to 16 January 2025, the Department of Linguistics conducted field research for its postgraduate students as part of the course Study of Indigenous Languages. The research focused on collecting key linguistic data from the Chakma, Marma, and Kokborok languages. For this purpose, all postgraduate students were divided into ten groups and gathered data from various areas of Khagrachhari, focusing on significant linguistic aspects of the three languages. In addition to language, students also documented important information regarding the culture and traditions of these three indigenous communities.

This field research enabled students not only to study the structural features of the languages but also to gain a deeper understanding of the identities, social life, and cultural heritage of these communities. Such experiential learning is expected to make a significant contribution to the study and preservation of indigenous languages in Bangladesh in the future.)
