আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস উপলক্ষ্যে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা ইনস্টিটিউট-এর উদ্যোগে বর্ণাঢ্য ভাষামেলা ২০২৬ আয়োজন করা হয়। এবারের ভাষামেলার প্রতিপাদ্য ছিল: “তারুণ্যের কণ্ঠে ধ্বনিত হোক বহুভাষী Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লট ।” এই প্রতিপাদ্যের আলোকে বাংলা ভাষার পাশাপাশি দেশের আদিবাসী ভাষাসমূহ ও ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্য বিশেষ গুরুত্ব পায়। ভাষাগত সহাবস্থান ও সাংস্কৃতিক বহুত্বের বার্তা তুলে ধরতে প্রদর্শনীতে ভাষা আন্দোলনের ইতিহাস, বাংলা ভাষার বিকাশ এবং ভাষাবিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক বিভিন্ন উপস্থাপনা স্থান পায়। মেলায় বিভিন্ন আদিবাসী জনগোষ্ঠীর ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতি তুলে ধরতে পৃথক স্টলের আয়োজন করা হয়। এসব স্টলে তাদের ভাষা, বর্ণমালা, লোকসংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্যবাহী উপকরণ ও প্রকাশনা প্রদর্শিত হয়, যা দর্শনার্থীদের মাঝে ব্যাপক আগ্রহ সৃষ্টি করে এবং আদিবাসী ভাষা সংরক্ষণে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করে। উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে, এবারের ভাষামেলায় অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের মধ্যে ভাষাবিজ্ঞান Deltin 7 অ্যাপ ২য় স্থান অধিকার করেছে, যা Deltin 7 অ্যাপের শিক্ষক, Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থী ও কর্মচারীদের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টার ফল। অনুষ্ঠানে Deltin 7 অ্যাপের শিক্ষক, Deltin 7 অনলাইন স্লটর্থী ও কর্মচারীবৃন্দ স্বতঃস্ফূর্তভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন এবং ভাষা আন্দোলনের শহিদদের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করেন। তারা বাংলা ভাষার পাশাপাশি আদিবাসী ভাষাসমূহ সংরক্ষণ, চর্চা ও গবেষণায় সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখার প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করেন। ভাষাবিজ্ঞান Deltin 7 অ্যাপের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়, ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্য রক্ষা ও বহুভাষিক চর্চা টেকসই সাংস্কৃতিক উন্নয়নের অন্যতম ভিত্তি। ভবিষ্যতেও ভাষা, সংস্কৃতি ও পরিচয়ের বিকাশে এ ধরনের কার্যক্রম অব্যাহত থাকবে। (On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, a vibrant Language Fair 2026 was organised by the International Mother Language Institute. This year’s theme, “Youth Voices on Multilingual Education,” set the tone for a celebration that placed special emphasis not only on Bangla, but also on the indigenous languages of the country and the richness of its linguistic diversity.In keeping with this theme, the exhibition thoughtfully highlighted the history of the Language Movement, the development of the Bangla language, and a range of presentations grounded in linguistic scholarship. To convey the message of linguistic coexistence and cultural plurality, dedicated stalls were arranged to showcase the languages and cultures of various indigenous communities. These stalls displayed their languages, scripts, folk traditions, traditional artefacts, and publications.
