Mrs. Aparajita Badhan was born and raised in Barachala village of Kapasia upazila in Bangladesh. She is currently working as an assistant professor in the department of agricultural extension and rural development at Patuakhali Science and Technology Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম (PSTU).
Mrs. Badhan is a dedicated teacher and researcher with a strong background in agricultural extension and rural development. She completed her Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Raniganj High School and her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Gazipur Government Mohila College. Later, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the faculty of agriculture and her master’s degree from the department of agricultural extension and rural development at Patuakhali Science and Technology Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, achieving excellent academic results.
She is passionate about teaching and community development. In her classes, Mrs. Badhan uses interactive and participatory methods to make learning more engaging. She encourages her students to think deeply about important issues such as rural development, sustainability, and agricultural innovation. Her main goal as a teacher is to help students become active contributors to positive change in rural communities.
Alongside teaching, Mrs. Badhan is also involved in research. Her recent studies have focused on farmers’ perceptions of climate change, adaptation strategies in coastal agriculture, and learning behavior among university students in Bangladesh. Through her research, she aims to find practical solutions that improve rural livelihoods and promote sustainable agriculture.
Outside of her academic work, Mrs. Badhan is deeply committed to community service, women’s empowerment, and rural youth development. Her long-term ambition is to become a leading expert in rural development and to help shape policies and programs that improve the lives of rural people in Bangladesh.
Mrs. Badhan is also a nature lover. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and travelling, which help her stay connected to nature and find inspiration in new experiences.
