Since 2014, Md. Imran Hossain has been a full-time faculty member in the Department of Finance, Faculty of Business Studies, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, Bangladesh, where he currently serves as Associate Professor. He completed both his MBA and BBA degrees from the same department, earning exceptional academic distinctions with CGPAs of 4.00 and 3.94, respectively, on a 4.00 point scale. In 2018, Mr. Hossain was awarded the prestigious Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship, fully funded by the Australian Government, enabling him to pursue a Master of Applied Finance at Monash Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, Australia. He graduated with a perfect CGPA of 4.00 and received multiple honors, including the Top Achieving Student Award, the Dean’s Award, and several Unit/Subject Awards, reflecting his outstanding academic excellence.

He is currently undertaking a PhD in Finance at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Queensland, Australia, supported by a fully funded scholarship. His research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed international and national journals, with additional papers in progress. Notably, his co-authored paper, "Collateral Shocks and M&A Decisions", which originated from his Master's dissertation at Monash Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, was published in the Journal of Corporate Finance—a highly regarded international journal (ABDC ranking: A*, ABS ranking: 4, Scimago: Q1, Impact Factor: 7.2). This paper was also awarded the "Best Paper Award" at the 5th International Conference on Business and Economics 2021, organized by the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh.

Mr. Hossain’s research interests encompass corporate finance, regulation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and development finance. He is committed to advancing knowledge in these fields and contributing to both academic and practical understanding of financial systems.
