On 16 April 2026, the Department of Women and Gender Studies, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, launched the Najma Chowdhury Lecture Series as part of its ongoing Silver Jubilee celebrations. The series will host public lectures featuring distinguished academics and researchers from around the world.

Professor Dr. Taiabur Rahman, Acting Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, attended the inaugural ceremony. The inaugural lecture, titled “Statelessness, Forced Displacement and ‘Subhuman’ Life: A Case of the Rohingya,” was delivered by Professor Dr. Nasir Uddin, Department of Anthropology, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Chittagong. Professor Dr. Ayesha Banu, Department of Women and Gender Studies, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, commemorated the life and legacy of Emeritus Professor Dr. Najma Chowdhury. Dr. Sabiha Yeasmin Rosy, Chairperson of the Department, delivered the welcome remarks.

Through launching this lecture series, the Department reaffirmed the intellectual vision of its founding Chairperson, Emeritus Professor Dr. Najma Chowdhury—one committed to questioning injustice and advancing critical social inquiry.
