Short Biography:
Surajit Kumar Mondal is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Barishal, Bangladesh. He obtained his Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the Department of Management, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh with major in Human Resource Management and Management respectively. He has enriched his career with rigorous engagement in teaching, research and multiple administrative duties. So far nine (09) of his research articles have been published in internationally and nationally recognized journals such as International Journal of Community Well-Being (Springer), Asian Business Review, BUFT Journal of Business and Economics and the ICMAB. He has been teaching numerous courses at undergraduate/BBA, graduate/MBA (regular) and Executive/Professional MBA (EMBA) levels in his respective areas of specialization. His excellent hard work in the academic segment has endowed him with highly acclaimed awards such as the Gold Medal and Dean's award from the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, Bangladesh.
