My research interests lie at the intersection of information systems, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies. Specifically, I am interested in Social Network Analysis and online community behavior, with a focus on understanding user interactions and engagement in e-commerce, e-business, and social commerce environments. I also study new technology adoption and technology–human interaction, examining how individuals and organizations respond to digital innovations. Methodologically, my research emphasizes business intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics to extract insights from unstructured data. I employ both conventional machine learning and advanced deep learning techniques, including big data analytics, to analyze large-scale digital trace data and to develop predictive and explanatory models that support data-driven decision-making.

Dr. Mollah also investigates technology adoption and digital trust, particularly in relation to AI-enabled management and marketing practices, exploring how perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust influence organizational and individual outcomes.
