Short Biography:
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Barishal, Bangladesh, with academic and research expertise in Management Information Systems, technology adoption, and artificial intelligence. I earned my PhD in Management Information Systems from Keimyung Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, South Korea, under the Korean Government Scholarship Programme (KGSP). My research focuses on innovation diffusion, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making, with particular emphasis on social media analytics, big data, and explainable and ethical AI. I have published in SSCI-indexed journals and received international recognition for my work, including Best Student Paper and Best Paper Awards at international conferences. In addition to my research activities, I supervised undergraduate and graduate research projects. I served as Additional Director at the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), where I contributed to academic quality assurance and faculty development initiatives.
