ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Management Studies (DMS), one of the pioneering departments of the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Barishal, was established in 2011 under the Faculty of Business Studies. Since its inception, the Department has been committed to advancing knowledge and practice in management through high-quality teaching, innovative research, and strong engagement with society and industry. The first academic session began in 2011–2012, laying the foundation for what has grown into a dynamic and forward-looking center for management education.

The Department currently offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive MBA programs. All the programs are designed in line with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework to ensure that graduates achieve well-defined learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, professional skills, values, and competencies. By adopting OBE principles, the Department emphasizes student-centered learning, measurable achievements, and continuous improvement, thereby aligning its curriculum and pedagogy with global standards.

The Department of Management Studies is deeply rooted in a research-oriented academic environment. Faculty members actively engage in scholarly research, applied projects, and consultancy services, fostering an intellectual climate where students are encouraged to question, analyze, and innovate.
