Short Biography:
Dr. Md. Alamgir Mollah is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Management Studies, currently serving in the Department of Management Studies at the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Barishal, Bangladesh. He has an outstanding academic record, having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, securing 4th position, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, where he achieved 1st position and was honored with the Dean’s Award in recognition of his academic excellence.
Dr. Mollah further strengthened his global academic exposure by completing a second MBA from China under the prestigious YES China Scholarship, reflecting his strong international orientation and interdisciplinary learning. He earned his PhD degree from Keimyung Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম, South Korea, through the highly competitive Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP). His doctoral research specialized in digital leadership and innovation, establishing a strong foundation for his ongoing research in digital transformation, leadership effectiveness, and organizational innovation in emerging economies.
