My research interests are on neuroscience, molecular endocrinology, molecular biology, clinical biochemistry and epigenetics to discover novel targets of drugs. I have keen interest for innovation of novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus, Cushing's disease and to identify novel drugs for other endocrine diseases utilizing my experiences and knowledges of various sensitive techniques- Flow Cytometry, RT-PCR, Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, recombinant DNA technology, Luciferase assay and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation assay. I have also interest on environmental biochemistry, nutritional biochemistry and clinical aspects of contagious disease.

Dr. Abdullah Al Masud’s research interests lie at the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable and supply chain management, and technology-enabled organizational transformation. His work investigates how sustainability-driven practices, such as green HRM, environmental leadership, dynamic capabilities, and responsible innovation, shape organizational performance and resilience. He also examines the role of artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and digital technologies in advancing sustainability outcomes and ethical decision-making within business systems. Additionally, his research extends to environmental behavior, climate-related risks, and socio-economic development in emerging markets. Collectively, his scholarship seeks to generate evidence-based insights into how sustainability, technological advancement, and responsible management can converge to foster competitive, inclusive, and environmentally responsible organizations.

Dr. Md. Shakhawat Hossain’s research interests focus on sustainable and smart tourism, emphasizing how digital technologies, social media, and artificial intelligence can promote environmentally responsible travel behavior. He is also interested in tourist satisfaction, climate change impacts on tourism, green entrepreneurship, and pro-environmental behavior. His broader research goal is to explore how innovation and sustainability can work together to create a more resilient and inclusive tourism sector in emerging economies.

My research interests lie at the intersection of information systems, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies. Specifically, I am interested in Social Network Analysis and online community behavior, with a focus on understanding user interactions and engagement in e-commerce, e-business, and social commerce environments. I also study new technology adoption and technology–human interaction, examining how individuals and organizations respond to digital innovations. Methodologically, my research emphasizes business intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics to extract insights from unstructured data. I employ both conventional machine learning and advanced deep learning techniques, including big data analytics, to analyze large-scale digital trace data and to develop predictive and explanatory models that support data-driven decision-making.

Dr. Sohel's research area broadly stems from the fields of strategic management, organizational behavior, and human resources management. More specifically, his research interests encompass employee development, leadership practices, workplace management, and quality education.

Dr. Md. Alamgir Mollah is a management scholar whose research focuses on digital leadership and its role in enhancing organizational performance in emerging economy contexts. His work examines how leadership capabilities in the digital era foster innovation and support successful digital transformation by shaping organizational culture, strategic agility, and employee behavior. A significant stream of his research addresses sustainable and green management practices, emphasizing how environmentally responsible strategies contribute to long-term organizational effectiveness. Dr. Mollah also investigates technology adoption and digital trust, particularly in relation to AI-enabled management and marketing practices, exploring how perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust influence organizational and individual outcomes. In addition, his research analyzes employee performance and leadership mechanisms, highlighting mediating and relational processes such as motivation, commitment, and leader–member exchange. His studies are theoretically grounded and methodologically rigorous, contributing to contemporary debates on leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation in management research.
