
From June 21 to 30, 2026, the Centre for China Studies (Bangladesh) organized the 2026 Delegation of Young Leaders from Bangladesh to China for a visit to Yunnan, Shanghai, and Beijing, aimed at promoting youth exchange and strengthening people-to-people ties between China and Bangladesh. This marks the third youth delegation of its kind organized by the Centre for China Studies (CCS) since its founding in March 2024. The 22-member delegation features a diverse mix of outstanding young representatives from various sectors in Bangladesh, including government, academia, think tanks, and the media. From June 21 to 23, the delegation made its inaugural stop in Yunnan, where they explored the province’s competitive industries, ecological conservation efforts, and technological advancements. They also attended the opening ceremony at Yunnan Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম and engaged in interactive discussions with local young scholars.

On the morning of June 22, the delegation visited the Kunming International Flora Auction Trading Center, experiencing firsthand the industrial development and trading scale of Asia’s largest and the world’s second-largest flower auction market. At the digital floral exhibition hall, the delegates learned about floral variety research and development as well as industry standard formulation. They also visited the quality control display center and the main auction hall, where they learned about the current state of Yunnan’s floral industry chain and its internationalized, digitized, and standardized trading processes.



Later that morning, the delegation visited the Xinghai Peninsula Wetland Park in Kunming. Retracing the steps once taken by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the delegates observed China’s environmental governance and conservation efforts firsthand in a landscape of lush hills, clear waters, and blue skies.


On the afternoon of June 22, the delegation headed to Yunnan Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম to attend the opening ceremony and academic seminar for the 2026 Delegation of Young Leaders from Bangladesh to China. Distinguished guests who attended and delivered remarks included Chen Dongxiao, President of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies and Chairman of the Academic Board of the CCS; Duan Xingwu, Vice President of Yunnan Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম; He Tao, Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government; and Li Jiming, former Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh. During the academic exchange session, youth representatives from both countries engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the “New Dynamics in South Asia and New Drivers for China-Bangladesh Cooperation” and “Youth Responsibility in Exchanges and Mutual Learning Among Civilizations.”

On the morning of June 23, the delegation traveled to the Future Transportation Innovation Research Institute in the Dianzhong New Area to learn about the technological advancement of China’s future transportation sector. Touring the digital exhibition hall and viewing equipment on site, the delegates gained insight into China’s latest developments in intelligent vehicles, smart transportation, resilient and sustainable transport, and the low-altitude economy. Through this experience, they gained a vivid sense of how China leverages technological innovation to drive economic growth and social progress.
