
Students from the Department of Meteorology, Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh participated in the National Conference on Weather, Climate Services and Anticipatory Action, organized by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department in observance of World Meteorological Day 2026.

Alumni of the department also attended the event, along with Dr. Fatima Akter, whose presence highlighted strong academic engagement and continued mentorship within the department. Among the participants, Sadia Afrin Sayfa Negaban from the BSc 1st Batch secured the 2nd runners-up position for presenting her project work, a commendable recognition of her research effort and scientific engagement, under the supervision of Dr. Fatima Akter.
The conference focused on advancing youth-led solutions for disaster risk reduction and climate resilience, addressing challenges in integrating anticipatory action into disaster risk management systems, promoting innovations that transform early warnings into early action, and strengthening national collaboration toward achieving Early Warning for All.
Jointly organized by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department and Save the Children in Bangladesh, with technical support from Regional Integrated Multi-Hazard Early Warning System and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office, the event reinforced a key message that early warnings must lead to early action.
