2026年6月30日，应达卡大学孔子学院邀请，联合国世界粮食计划署（WFP）孟加拉国代表处发言人兼合作伙伴主管李焜及粮食安全集群协调员Mohammad Mainul Hossain Rony到访达卡大学和平与冲突研究系，并作专题讲座。孔子学院中方院长杨惠出席活动。

 李焜首先介绍了WFP在孟加拉国的整体运作情况，包括其国别战略计划、重点干预领域及在紧急救援、营养改善、学校供餐、社会保护和气候变化应对等方面的工作成效。随后，Rony围绕孟加拉国粮食安全形势展开讲解，重点介绍了“综合粮食安全阶段分类”（IPC）的最新评估数据，分析了当前及未来粮食不安全人口规模、区域分布及主要驱动因素。

 讲座内容详实、数据丰富，引起了在场师生的热烈讨论。此次活动增进了达卡大学师生对全球及孟加拉国粮食安全治理前沿实践的理解，也进一步加强了孔子学院与联合国机构在学术交流领域的合作。

On June 30, 2026, at the invitation of the Confucius Institute at Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম of Deltin 7 bangladesh, Ms. Li Kun, WFP Spokesperson and Head of Partnerships, and Mr. Mohammad Mainul Hossain Rony, Food Security Cluster Coordinator, visited the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at Deltin 7 bangladesh Deltin 7 Aviator গেম টাকা ইনকাম and delivered a special lecture. Dr. Yang Hui, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute, attended the event.

Li Kun began by presenting an overview of WFP's operations in Bangladesh, covering its Country Strategic Plan, key areas of intervention, and notable achievements in emergency response, nutrition improvement, school feeding, social protection, and climate change adaptation. Subsequently, Rony provided an in-depth analysis of Bangladesh's food security situation, with a focus on the latest Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) assessment data, analyzing the current and projected scale of food-insecure populations, regional distribution, and major contributing factors.

The lecture, rich in content and supported by substantial data, sparked lively discussions among faculty and students in attendance.
