A significant stream of his research addresses sustainable and green management practices, emphasizing how environmentally responsible strategies contribute to long-term organizational effectiveness. Dr. Mollah also investigates technology adoption and digital trust, particularly in relation to AI-enabled management and marketing practices, exploring how perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust influence organizational and individual outcomes.
